[AG-TECH] running point-to-point

To run the tools in unicast mode, run them from the command line
and specify the ip address of the machine you want to connect to.
The port should be even numbered and the same at both ends.  So,
if two sites with ip addresses A and B respectively want to unicast
connect on vic and rat, an example set of command lines would be:

at Site A
vic B/6544 &
rat B/6546 &

at Site B
vic A/6544 &
rat A/6546 &

(where 6544 and 6546 are the ports the tools will run on)
