[AG-TECH] Lip Synch in vic

hi -

several people have commented that they could not use Open Mash vic
(omvic) because it did not support lip synch as implemented in uclvic. 
we have gone to the source code at UCL and to the AG sourceforge code
and discovered that the lip synch code is commented out in both
systems.  does anyone know why?
