[AG-TECH] UK e-Science comparative videoconferencing report

In a recent e-mail to AG-TECH, I noted that the UK e-Science programme
commissioned a comparative report on videoconferencing technologies.

I had a couple of e-mails asking whether this was available. Here's a link
to technical papers published by the e-Science programme (including the
afore-mentioned report):

Note that there will shortly be an addendum document available (published in
the same place) to accompany the report to deal with issues arising since
publication.
