Jennifer,
I'm still having problems with the mud, as requested the traceroute:

C:\>tracert venues.accessgrid.org

Tracing route to ag.mcs.anl.gov [140.221.10.85]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

  1 <10 ms <10 ms <10 ms tech-idf-vln-34.northwestern.edu
[129.105.118.1]
  2 <10 ms <10 ms <10 ms lev-mdf-6-vln-903.northwestern.edu
[129.105.253.217]
  3 <10 ms <10 ms 10 ms lev-mdf-rtr-2.northwestern.edu
[199.249.169.62]
  4 <10 ms <10 ms <10 ms anl-nwu.anchor.anl.gov [192.5.170.161]
  5 10 ms <10 ms 10 ms 140.221.20.124
  6 10 ms <10 ms <10 ms ag.mcs.anl.gov [140.221.10.85]

Trace complete.

FYI, I noticed that everytime I ran tracert, there was a long delay on
line 5 between the last time measurement of 10ms and the actual IP
address of 140.221.20.124 actually showing up on the screen.
Steve
