[AG-TECH] KVMs for AG?

At Berkeley, we use Exceed and X11-forward, which is almost the same as
VNC. It works really well, since we don't usually have to touch the KVM
at all during the meetings. The most important tool to see via
X11-forward is probaly the rat tool on the audio machine.
