[AG-TECH] vic with MSB

Howdy,

I've noticed recently that when I fire up vic via the
vtc script to use the video capture machine (e.g.
vtc TestRoom_video bridge-2.accessgrid.org video) 
other videos in the venue don't appear within that
instance of vic, though my video
streams will appear (once I've started transmitting).
I know that in the past (long time ago), this was not
the case - all videos in the room would appear as 
thumbnails.  However, when I fire up vic via vtc to use the
display machine (e.g. vtc Test.........  display) 
the other videos in the venue do appear.

Is this all by design?  It would make sense, as I recall that
those other videos really used to bog down the vid cap
machine when using vtc.  

Just wondering if this all changed when the MSB at ANL got
changed so that we use one password for display and another
for video.
