Gentner Changes Name to ClearOne Communications, Continues Trading
Under Symbol GTNR

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Gentner Communications Corp.
(Nasdaq: GTNR - news) today changed its name to ClearOne Communications
Inc.  ClearOne will continue to trade under the symbol GTNR until March
15, 2002. This is designed to help familiarize the financial community
with  he new name, after which ClearOne will trade under the symbol
CLRO.
