[AG-TECH] connecting to a bridge

All,

I followed the documentation to connect to the bridge.  I registered for the
approval of the MSB access since last week.  So far I have not heard from
them yet.  I'm just wondering that I can connect to the bridge without the
MSB access.  Can anyone give me some suggestion?
