[AG-TECH] trouble in PIG land

What OS is this (2K or XP)?  What's your video-config look like?  Can you
run 'ddvic' from the command line (without the VRM) without error?  
What's the hardware config on that laptop?  This is not a problem we've
run into here before, but we'd certainly like to get it fixed ;-)
