[AG-TECH] Hursley AG Node - Room Design, please comment.

I think the one-way glass could be a problem. Very frequently the node 
operator needs to interact with the participants, especially if there's 
a problem (somebody's video window disappears, etc.) and the node op 
needs to explain what's going on.
