[AG-TECH] IGMPv3, Source Specific Multicast, fully supported in Windows XP

Hm, I know they have ssm software included with OM and that vic knows
how to take (from the command line) syntax that specifies at least a
source in a group. And it's supposed to work. Someone is currently (a
non-ag person) playing with this, we could drop them a line...
