[AG-TECH] netlevel for windows

Well, sort of. It's compiled against cygwin and the XFree86 client
libraries, so it requires an X server on the display machine. You can get
a cygwin build of XFree86 from http://xfree86.cygwin.com/, or you may have
a different server already installed (we use Exceed here at ANL, works
great).

Unzip into a directory (it's got some DLLs with it) and fire it up:

	set DISPLAY=localhost:0.0
	netlevel.exe
