[AG-TECH] AccessGrid Virtual Venues

All,

Please be sure that all Access Grid Nodes make sure to park themselves in 
the AG Lobby when not participating in a meeting or event.  This includes 
non-secure and secure rooms, as well as SC Global virtual venues.  There 
have been several instances of unattended AG Nodes have left themselves 
parked in virtual venue room for days.  An empty, non-participating node is 
very distracting.  These rooms are continuously used and scheduled, so 
always end your event by parking your node in the AG Lobby.  If you have 
new node operators or AG technical staff, please remind them of this 
practice as well.
