Dear Folks,

We are pleased to announce that ANL's Voyager Multimedia Record and Playback
engine has been integrated with the venues server running on
venues.accessgrid.org. This pre-release version is now available for
experimental use within the community.

Jack Frost, Full Sail and Windmer venues are now equipped with recorders;
the Screening Room contains a playback client. (Note that there are no
voyager clients in Big Horn, Bridgeport, Lucky Labrador, the Test Room and
the Secure Room.)

All recordings are accessible to everyone! It is important that you read
the usage guidelines and operating instructions for the AG Voyager clients
before initiating a recording. See
http://www-fp.mcs.anl.gov/voyager/AGVenuesUserGuide.htm for this
information.

Please send all bug reports, comments and suggestions to
voyager-support at mcs.anl.gov. We are still in the debugging and development
cycle, so we need your feature requests and problem reports! When
submitting a bug, please describe in a detailed way the circumstances
surrounding the problem (i.e., number of streams participating in the
session, duration, user-interface gestures leading up to the problem, etc.)

To receive future updates on Voyager-related issues, please send mail to
majordomo at mcs.anl.gov with the text "subscribe voyager-announce" in the body
of the message.

If you have general questions about voyager, or have recorded a cool
interaction, please send mail to fl-info at mcs.anl.gov.

Thanks for your help!
Lisa
