Today Ford is transmitting the Internet2 middleware track to the AG in the Full Sail room. We have patched a Polycom VS-4000 H.323 session into one of our Wintv cards and Getner. Let us know how it looks!

Randy,

The responsibility for AG coverage of a given event lies with the
organizers
of the event. As such, the Access Grid itself has no "priorities".
However, the AG community remains ready and willing to support folks who
wish to hold their events on the Access Grid.

Perhaps for the next I2 event you might request that the organizers
provide
complete coverage.

Regards,
Lisa

Randy,

Yes, we discovered this at 7am (AK) today as well.

A closer look at the schedule shows that only the Plenary
sessions (Ballroom) on the first day are AG enabled.
Wednesday through Friday sessions are only streamed out
via H.323, IP/TV or RealPlayer. The various media options
are buried in the room-wise agenda listings, not on the
main page.

Yesterday's talks via the AG were well coordinated - almost
as good as being there. Too bad about the remainder of the
meeting...
