[AG-TECH] Weird Problem

Hello Guys,
I am having a weird problem right now(indiana university). When I join the 
venues, I can see everybody connected including myself, and my audio 
capture computer connects to the related room, I also can hear everybody 
just fine, I can see my name on rat. But People can not hear me and can not 
see me. They can only see when I typed at mud. This seemed to me really 
weird. I checked the beacon, but it seems fine from my site.
Can anybody help with that problem, I am really stuck!
