[AG-TECH] VIC Problems

Hello, for some reason today I was unable to start my Vic on my display machine, it would say 'Waiting for video' indefinitely.  I haven't changed any of my settnigs in Windows, and as far as I can tell, everything is set properly.  Does anyone have any insight to what causes this?
