Marty,

Can not address your first "AG-in-the-round" question, but as to number 2: 
having a set-up where one projector is used for other presentation 
purposes. We have a node set up in a room that is used in a multitude of 
configurations, and the middle projector is often utilized for power point 
presentations, and as such, gets more use than its mates. This causes the 
bulb to burn out of proportion to projectors A and C, and subsequently, for 
the color to shift dramatically. I would suggest a separate projector, for 
stand alone presentations,  be brought into the mix.
