Raquell Holmes of Boston University
* "The Access Grid: Where the Vision Meets Reality," featuring Emilee
Patrick of Motorola Laboratories and Rick Stevens of Argonne National
Laboratory
* "Tracer," "Soft, Fluffy, and Virtual," and "Spirited Ruins," projects
of HiPArt at Boston University, including the art of Cindy Ludlum,
Deborah Cornell, and Richard Cornell
* "Multispectral Images of Ground Zero," from Los Alamos National
Laboratory
* "TOUCH Telemedicine Project," a collaborative project of the Schools
of Medicine of Hawaii and New Mexico, in collaboration with rural
hospitals, clinics, and training sites
Boston University is one of 35 institutions worldwide participating in
SC Global. SC Global will use Access Grid technology to link dozens of
Access Grid sites around the world with the Supercomputing 2001
conference in Denver. The Supercomputing conference is the premiere
technical and industrial meeting for high-end networking and computing
and computational science.
