So this may go back to what someone said about DELL using different
manufacturers
to make their motherboards?
	Have not been able to test a fourth? What can you tell me about
your motherboard rev # and BIOS version?

This may be motherboard dependent:

I have 3 Hauppage cards working in a Dell 420.

The 4th won't work in the PCI 2.2 slot(s) until the 2.4 kernel.
