[AG-TECH] Getting on AG-TECH

Hi, how does one get on this mailing list?
I have a student volunteer I'd like to have put
on this.  Do I need to make a specific request
to somebody or, is he automagically put on the
mailing list by virtue of getting a user id for
virtual venues (by entering his email address)?
