[AG-TECH] vtc for irix???

Sorry about that - I can't seem to find it myself anymore. I do have 
an archive of the executable I pulled from ftp.hep.net a while back. 
I've attached it here. Perhaps this could be mirrored on the ANL sw 
pages?
