[AG-TECH] Newbie alert! Beacon status on delay matrix ...

We're working on getting our node constructed, and we finally (I think) got 
our multicast configured.  Now when I start up the beacon from two of my 
machines (one is connected via 10MB, the other 100MB), I get similar 
results.  It looks like I'm connected, and all of the status matrices 
except for 'Delay' on the beacon server look at least similar to others on 
the matrix.  The 'Delay' screen is overwhelmingly red.  But everybody has 
red on this screen.
Is there a guide somewhere that I haven't found yet that goes into some 
more detail about what all this means?

The machines are (sorry, we haven't got DNS running on this segment yet 
...) 198.107.145.5 and 198.107.145.9.  The '5' address is connected to our 
switch via 100MB.
