Hi everybody

We downloaded the vic from the  ANL website and tried running 'ddvic'
at our node since 'ddvic'  consumes half the system 's resources
compared to vic.  ddvic seems to recieve the traffic from other nodes
but the transmit button in the menu option of  'ddvic' always remain
disabled. Can somebody provide any information  as to how we can make
'ddvic'  transmit data?
