[AG-TECH] ON-AIR light

I know I have e-mailed you on this matter before, but would it be possible
to provide me with information or code that would allow EVL to set up a
way for an ON-AIR light to turn on whenever we press Talk on RAT or send
video from VIC and the opposite to occur when EVL stops transmitting.  Any
help would be appreciated.
