[AG-TECH] Beacons: restart needed

No, there are not two copies running.

I had manually started the one running, terminal was
blocked, and it printed that it received the kill signal
and terminated correctly.

If the beacon was started from /usr/local/ag/bin, that
script doesn't update the pid correctly, and the stop would
not work correctly.
