One other thing about the wall-talker. Make sure the walls are smooth
before you put it up -- bumps are bad. One solution if the walls are
textured or otherwise rough is to put up new sheetrock and apply the
walltalker to that (we wound up doing that at UNM as new sheetrock
installation was significantly cheaper than having the texture sanded off
the wall).
