Not receiving Multicast

We have just installed an access grid node at Sandia National Labs in CA and
it appears we are not receiving multicast.  The beacon also indicates that
we are sending fine but not receiving.  Our networking people believe that
they have all their routing configured correctly.  Am I missing something
simple?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
