SC00 network utilization

As a heads up, the access grid team will be trying for a Network Challenge 
award at SC2000 this week by seeing how much bandwidth we can consume.  The 
tentative schedule is to begin ramping up bandwidth at sites at 5pm Tuesday 
and have everything going by 6pm (CST).

Traffic related to this should all be in groups 224.2.177.155 (video) and 
224.2.211.167 (audio).

Participants have been asked to warn their local networking groups.

Hopefully SBC will have their act together at the NAP by then.  :/
