testing in lobby

Hi all,

BU needs to try to replicate our can't-rejoin-session problem today at 3PM
eastern for our associate director of networking (Chuck). We generally see
the problem only when there are a large number of streams, so we're going
to do this testing in the lobby.

If sites could either park their nodes in the lobby, or meet us there
around 3 eastern, we'd appreciate it. We'll only be testing for 20 minutes
or so, because we're participating in the Kentucky seminar at 3:30.
