Multicast Beacon Webview

UALR has now appeared on the Beacon Webview:

   http://beaconserver.accessgrid.org:9999/loss

We installed the beacon on the front-end node of my
32-node linux cluster, until we get our dedicated
AG hardware.

What do we do next? I assume that we are not
supposed to have all of those gray "NA" boxes
in the matrix...
