new viewer with more color

A new compact viewer with more color is put at
http://dast.nlanr.net/projects/beacon/
under the "download" section.

The viewer adds a magenta color to those cells that are basically displying
*old* values. It means there is not a single packet received in the last 2
seconds from the source to the destination. Reasons of those can be total
traffic loss, or the Beacon at the source has been killed.

There are many such cells at the AG sites now.
