lost mcast at UKy

we lost multicast at around 11:30am today (7th march).
we had it all through last night and today morning... there have been no
changes locally on campus....
any information about any testing/changes made between friday evening and
the afternoon of monday would be helpful..
also changes between  morning today and noon should point to trouble....
