AG reservation

Scott Lathrop would like to do an all day conference on March 10, 2000
between Access DC and NCSA.  The plan is to have Steve Long from NIMA at
the D.C. facility interacting 
with people in Champaign, including two additional NIMA people. Originally 
Steve had planned to be in Champaign, but other commitments require him to 
be in D.C. that day. It would be great if we could use the ACCESS Grid for 
this meeting.
So we would like to reserve the grid from 8:00am to 4:00pm CST.  Thank you.
