what and who (routers)

Hi,
As you know I'm setting up a temporary access grid node in Atlanta for the 
Aug. 1-3 Chautauqua. I finally got the DS3 ok from Bell South. I understand 
that I need a special router for a direct DS3. What type of router do I 
need to ask for? Also, would that be Cisco?
