Windows-based vnc server

Please copy the attached files to the directory on your display machines in
which vncviewer.exe resides.  Later today or monday we will experiment with
connecting to a new vnc server.

Take care not to delete the previouly distributed files called vncclient.bat
and vncclient.vnc.  These will be used during the OSC Chautauqua.
