access -> sdsc testing

yesterday during the girltech demo, sdsc was apparently unable to
recieve traffic from access sources. unfortunately, we were unable
to isolate the problem, and all the sessions were torn down yesterday
after the demo.

can the node operators setup a source at access and receiver(s) at
sdsc in an unused vv room so zaid and i can continue to troubleshoot?
