Alliance Meeting Updates

The Virtual Venue software manages multiple simultaneous AG events.  It was
released before sc99.  All AG nodes should be running the software at this
time!  Please refer to

Multiple meetings can be on the grid simultaneously.
Simply mute audio from participants not in your meeting,
and display video from participants in your meeting.
