[AG-TECH] Multicast to Alaska

You are correct in seeing a path to/from ARSC/ANL. Problem is, as I'm 
told, is that this is strictly a unicast route - for now. There is a 
plan to implement multicast over this route sometime shortly into the 
new year.

Also, the 137.229 domain you traced to was swapped to 199.165 for 
ARSC this past August.
