It seems there have been some problems with the online forms (specifically 
"retreat" one) through Netscape Navigator.  Everyone has resolved this by 
using Microsoft Explorer or a different browser.  Please let me know, 
however, if any of you have any more trouble.  Thanks.

Due to the size and length of this conference I would like the online form 
be the only registration method used.  If you are having major problems - 
please email me directly.
