UMich multicast BROKEN [Was Re: bridge needed]

If you look at

you will notice that beacon at audioi2.internet2.edu is not being heard by any 
site.

I also notice that 141.213.102.104 is not being advertised by 
NLRI=Multicast to me here at Argonne by any of my peers (including vBNS, 
Abilene, ESNet, etc.)  Finally, 141.213.102.104 does not show up on Abilene 
in an IP Multicast capable network:
