Hi gents,

Sorry for disstraction  but we need few changes to be made in our
setup.

1. Stop all video-streams destined to video.nmd.msu.ru
2. Replace test1.nmd.msu.ru (193.232.112.21) by 
melanor9.nmd.msu.ru (193.232.112.65) and redirect all the videos at
 this host.
