AG reservations

I need to reserve the following times for AG use.
Note that none of these require Argonne participation.
We will need to retain the capability of running independent sessions on
the bridge (from SC 99) for this though.

12/1    1:00 - 5:00 PM  CST - Civil Rights Training for MHPCC
12/2    2:00 - 5:00 PM  TIM
