vbns utilization report and the access-grid

Specifically, Table 1, which shows several flows to 224.2.177.0 port 55524,
which matches the main access-grid video group.  (The report strips the node
number off, which is why the IP addresses all end in .0, including the
multicast addresses)

The #1 high-bandwidth flow for September was sourced from ANL on 9/15
sending traffic to 224.2.177.[0] at 64 Mbit/s.  There are several other
access-grid flows in the top 50 flows for that month.
