Notes for bill and the vBNS guys, etc

FIred up the video in the standard agbone group on the ANL booth video 
capture and display machines (capture is 140.221.161.142, display is 
140.221.161.143). Some sources came up, but then the external ones dropped 
off and I was left with local video.

Fired up vic on my laptop (140.221.161.160), got video on the laptop, and 
the external sources on the display machine woke up. After a bit they all 
went away again.

Fired up vic again, and they came bac.
