NSF ITR Proposal for Acclerating AG Technology/Deployment

Roscoe, for the ITR I think we are focusing on new technology development.. we
are working with NSF on a different grant that will be looking to fund 20 
AG nodes
to be installed at Epscor sites..  That is something that I think makes a 
lot of
sense to include EOT with..
