mbone debugging: funny-looking NCSA <-> ANL mtraces

Here are some mtraces, taken just now (mid-session)
 from niri.ncsa.uiuc.edu (from which I see lots of mbone dropouts,
	often as regular spikes appearing at ~5sec intervals,
	sometimes worse)
 to some machines at Argonne (the "Workshop" and "FL Library" senders).

In each case, vic's "mtrace from" (ANL->NCSA) gave a sensible result:
