Boston University multicast not being heard by ANL, ACCESS-DC

Good morning everyone,

http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/~olson/rtpmon-beacon/ indicates that the BU
multicast traffic is not being heard via vBNS at ACCESS-DC or Argonne.  BU
traffic is being received by NCSA and Utah.

BU is  receiving multicast traffic from Argonne and ACCESS-DC.

The BU beacon is at 128.197.160.29.

The command

  show ip msdp sa-cache | include 128.197

returns nothing at Argonne and ACCESS-DC.

Apparently the Sparse Mode sites are not receiving BU traffic, but the
Dense Mode sites are.
