packet losses approx every 60 seconds

We are seeing packet loss from the Chautaquea session at about 60 second
intervals, which affects the quality of the audio being transmitted.  This
is being seen simultaneously at various Chautaqua sites such as Argonne,
Boston, and NCSA.

This might be consistent with some timeouts in multicast routing and/or
add-drop protocols like IGMP.  Are you seeing anything that might point in
that direction?
