[AG-DEV] AG 3.2 RPM - Rat Fails To Appear

I've now modified the AudioService to default to 'Off' for positioning 
the RAT window, until the newer RAT version which includes that 
functionality is more prevalent.

Doug:  If you rebuild your RPMs now, this change will (clearly) be 
included, and fix the problem.
